I've changed my password but it hasn't updated everywhere.
Solution
There are several areas you can login to and some share passwords whereas others are independent. Upon account creation, sometimes various independent passwords are set the same to make things easier for new customers.
cPanel. This is at
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
This is the control panel for your website and allows you to configure and enable various features, such as email.
This password is shared with your main FTP account, which is used for uploading and downloading of files to and from your webspace. You cannot change your main FTP password without changing your cPanel password (which automatically changes the FTP password).
Support Centre & Billing Area. These are at
http://support.twentyhost.info
and
https://billing.twentyhost.info
The password for the Support Centre is controlled by the Billing Area. Login to the Billing Area and go to your "Profile" under "Client Info". Scroll to the bottom of the page and you can change the password for both the Support Centre and Billing Area.
Forum. This is at
http://forum.twentyhost.info
If you have joined our forum, enabling you to communicate with the rest of the TwentyHost community, then you will have a separate password for this. This password works completely independently of other passwords.
Domain Services. This is at
http://domains.twentyhost.info
For advanced users only. This feature is only available upon request.
This allows users to manage their own domain and the DNS/nameservers. Due to the complex nature of this, we provide free domain management to every user unless they request to self manage their own domains and they have the relevant knowledge/skills. This password works completely independently of other passwords.
