 How do I update my email address/contact details?
Solution If you change your email address it is essential that you let us know about this change. If you do not let us know it could result in you missing important announcements, invoice reminders etc.

You should ensure that you update the following with any new email address.
  • Billing Area, log in and update your email address.
  • Forum, if you have joined our forum and maybe subscribed to our forum announcements, ensure you update your email address by logging in and selecting User CP, then Edit Email & Password.
  • cPanel, log in and select Update Contact Info
Finally, you need to let us know, please do so by submitting a support ticket and we will ensure that your support account is updated as necessary.

If any other details have changed such as telephone number, address etc, please update these in the Billing Area.
