 How do I log into the Support Centre to submit a support ticket?
Solution You must login if you wish to create a ticket under either the Accounts/Billing or the Support category. Tickets to Sales can be created without the need to login (please do not create a ticket under Sales if it should be addressed to either Accounts/Billing or Support).

TwentyHost customers can login to this Support Centre with their Billing Area username and password. If you change your password in the Billing area you will need to login to the Support Centre with the new password.

Alternatively, you may email your ticket to the appropriate department. The email addresses are support[ at ]twentyhost.info, billing[ at ]twentyhost.info or sales[ at ]twentyhost.info

Please note: the Support Centre identifies you by your email address. You must log into our Support Centre at least once to activate your account before you are able to create tickets via email. When you have activated your Support Centre account, our system will only accept emails from your registered email addresses. If you are not able to send an email from your registered address, you should login and create the ticket directly in the Support Centre
