	Why can't I see the hidden forums?

Solution Being part of our community forum is not critical to the running of your account, so customers are not automatically given forum membership. Joining is simple, click the link at the top of the page and fill in the form - you must verify your email address to activate your membership!

When you join our forum, you will be granted access to most of the private areas. Only customers may view the remaining private areas of the forum. In addition, the posting of messages is restricted in certain parts, for example; only customers may post in the "Comments & Feedback" section.

While our forum is still small, we will actively look for new forum members and if we recognise you as a customer we'll automatically grant you customer status, enabling access to view all areas. If we make an error or do not update your forum membership quickly, please either raise a support ticket or PM one of the forum admins (don't forget to include your details) and we will update your account for you.

If your website is run by a group of people (a business or an organisation of any kind) each member is free to join the forum and we will grant customer status to each one. There is no "one account per customer" rule.
